Over twenty five years of C-Level and Senior Executive experience with Global and Regional expertise transforming B2B and B2C businesses in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. I have experiences leading businesses in both the public and private in all market economic conditions. Currently a retained Executive Adviser to global PE funds on strategy and investment thesis as well as successful transactions. I am in addition a Senior Adviser to CEO's of major ingredient industry targeting significant growth in the F&B space, in areas such as alternative protein, natural ingredients, CBD and sugar reduction technology.

Food & Beverage, Flavors, Nutrition & Ingredients, working across all market economic types.
Key C-level accountability have included full P&L accountability for a 1.5B (billion / bio) Swiss Franc business with oversight for all elements of the value chain from innovation, sales, and marketing to supply chain. More recently global P&L responsibility for a $1.6 B, global phosphates business
Delivered record levels of organic performance improvement in financial ,service performance and successfully completed 3 global M&A processes with full Board support
Transformed not only the performance of divisions from a P&L perspective but also cultural transformation while implementing significant change management, and achieving record employee engagement scores.
Lead the re-engineering of the global leadership team, driving gender balance in key strategic roles and instilling a continuous improvement mindset, and implemented a 5 years strategic growth road-map achieved one year in advance.
Implemented a series of performance culture programs within the commercial areas as well as supply chain while achieving very high employee engagement scores.
Experience working at the highest levels within large, publicly-listed, global and regional companies as well as privately held, and have learned to adapt leadership skills accordingly.
